We are offering exciting Msc/BSc thesis projects in the field of plant epigenomics. These projects include:

n  Analysis of DNA methylation changes in response to multi-generational biotic and abiotic stress in A. thaliana

n  Analysis of DNA methylation changes in response to temperature stress in A. thaliana

n  Characterization of DNA methylation diversity in natural populations of A. thaliana

n  Inferring evolutionary signatures of epigenetic selection in A. thaliana

n  Inferring somatic mutation rates in trees (software development/refinement in R)

n  Inferring epimutation rates in plants (software development/refinement in R)
